I bought this item for my uncle with sciatic nerve problems in his lower back. He said it didn’t help him much. I don’t know if he used the product correctly? He gave it back to me.
I then gave this item, with a box of new pads, to my sister with a sore back… she loves it!!! I then bought her enough extra pads to last her 6 months!

I really like this TENS unit, and was suprised how effective it was on my back pain. The current is pretty strong, and it’s a heck of a lot less expensive than the “professional” units available out there. It is really designed to fit only on your lower back, but you can get creative and use it in different places on your upper back. Portable, convenient, and fairly inexpensive, considering the quality of the product you get, I highly recommend it for relief of minor back pain.
