The only way to really deal with back pain is through the Alexander Technique.

My back’s better

my back killin atm

@duelistxistenz Yes. I’ve been having physiotherapy for a number of weeks now on my back, and she told me one of the main reason for my back pain is because of my height. It results in me lurching forward when I’m standing, and bending over a desk at school. She told me to fix my posture or you can kiss goodbye to sport.

One position we often use while sitting in a chair is crossing our legs. For Sciatica and Lower Back Pain this is a huge problem. The added pressure on the Sciatic nerve and the twisted position of our hip in this position adds to the problem and pain.

I’m feeling back pain allot when i get off work. I’m in construction its like when i get home my back starts to inflame all night and than next day i get up and go to work it still hurts but when i start warming up it goes away until I’m off to home again…..

I’ve got back pain for several years xD But the last week or so, it’s been worse. Can it be cause of my height? :/

Thanks for the info. My back hurts as I type this. Help me doctor.

tnx when i got up this morning my back hurt like hell

I have since talked to my doctor and he says that my problem was caused from shock going up through my legs and into the base of my spine from skateboarding.. (Think jumping off a 4ft ledge and landing with your legs unbent)

He says to leave it alone and just do gentle back streches every morning and not to do anything too streneous on the spine for 3-4 weeks. ;)

I am a long time backpain suffer, It sounds like yours could be simple, I think a good cyropractor could help your kind of problem, 9/10 of them cracking popping back problems can be fixed, If you have already seen one take the next step with your doctor and be persistent with him or her so they know your serious, Backpain is terrible isnt it..I hope you can fix your problem soon.

I use a G2 back stretch mat for my pains

my advice, see a doctor and an alexander technique teacher, dont do the movements that makes that cracking sound.

So does sitting in the chair cross legged and the chair leaning back any better for the back than just sitting?

Anyone have any idea what I have wrong with me? At the very base of my spine one of the columns seems to be pushed inwards and I get a grinding pain around that area. Also if I lay down on my front…and push my hips out infront of me forewards…I hear a crack or a pop and it takes away the pain. This cant be good for me can it?

duc tape fixes all

My back hurts so much, how can i fix it?

let me tell you this… i use to drink milk like crazy, a goat milk, its the best cure for EVERYTHING and i was strong like a spartan, funny but true,my family had a goat farm…. now i don’t have that and i don’t drink so much milk and there is when the problems came… like this one. and i`m only 22.
