@mikkelchap

have you had an MRI on your back and X rays ? Have you tried Chiropractic or any type of Physical therapy ?

You and i have the same thing

@itrainsinoctober

have you ever had an MRI on your back or X rays taken ?

@LegPains

Low back, right leg to foot. I think I have a posterior pelvic tilt and is causing my back to straighten and pinch a nerve. If you have any luck with relief let me know, because no one has been any help so far.

@LegPains Mainly leg pain.

@itrainsinoctober

did you have back or leg pain ?

@mikkelchap

i have a straightening of my Lumbar Lordosis and my L5 S1 Disc has slipped and is out of positiion. i have No back pain, but horrible pain in my Legs.

Where is your pain ?

Hi Sam,
I have seen a handful of specialists and they’ve sort of concluded that my lumbar has little - no curve. I have at least one pinched nerve and I’m in constant pain. Do you have any tips or recommendations? The best the family doctor could do was recommend drugs … which does not really help to increase my lordosis.
Thanks in advance

If you have low back pain, mid-back pain, or whatever it may be, there is a really great read called “Healing Back Pain” by Dr. John Sarno. It conveys, without a doubt, the most Responsible Content on the matter that I have ever come across and is NOT “about” anatomy in general. You can google his name - don’t have to buy the book. I tried chiropracty, massage, cortizone, exercise, etc. P.S. I’ve had 2 discectomies in the past - didn’t know better, and….yeah, it’s a really worthwhile read.

if you guys subscribe to this, you would find a nice stretch for the psoas muscle using a table with a partner!!!

I don’t have any back problems/pain, but it would be nice if you explained what we could do to prevent/correct these problems

You are an answer to my prayers, how do I fix the problem? What stretches and exercises do I do to help with the anterior tilt?

Very informative video

nice video - thanks.
